A booking is confirmed only when the website displays a confirmation and reference. Availability can change until submission completes. Provide accurate patient details and use the patient’s legal name and date of birth.
Clinical information
Website content and doctor profiles provide general administrative information. They do not replace a consultation, diagnosis, prescription, or emergency assessment. The treating doctor decides appropriate clinical care after evaluation.
Cancellations and attendance
Cancel as early as possible through the patient portal or reception. The clinic may mark missed appointments as no-shows and may contact you about material schedule changes.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another patient’s information, disrupt availability, submit false bookings, upload harmful content, or bypass access controls. Automated or abusive requests may be rate-limited.
Accounts and records
Patient portal accounts are created or linked by clinic staff. Keep login details private. Finalized clinical records cannot be overwritten; corrections are recorded through controlled revisions.
